Frequently Asked Questions

When will I be charged?

Following a sucessful trial, you will asked to pay for the remaining sessions in the month. After that, payments are taken automatically each month on the same date.

How does the membership work?

Once you join, your child has a reserved place in their chosen weekly coaching session for the duration of the coaching season (September–June). Payments are collected automatically each month via Stripe.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. You can cancel at any time by providing [insert notice period, e.g. 30 days] notice before your next payment date. Your child will continue attending sessions until the end of the paid period.

What happens during school holidays?

We follow the school term calendar. Sessions typically pause during half-terms and school holidays. Any schedule changes are communicated in advance.

What if I join partway through the month?

If you join partway through a month, your first payment may cover the remaining sessions in that period. After that, your membership continues as a standard monthly subscription.

Is my child’s place guaranteed?

Yes. Once you have completed registration and your first payment has been made, your child’s place is reserved in their allocated session.

What if my child misses a session?

We do not offer refunds or credits for missed sessions, as your child’s place is held for them each week regardless of attendance.

Can I change sessions if needed?

Where space allows, we may be able to move your child to a different age group or session. Please contact us to discuss availability.

What if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically attempt to reprocess it. You will also receive an email asking you to update your payment details to avoid interruption to your child’s membership.

Do I need to rebook every term?

No. Membership is continuous and renews automatically each month. You only need to cancel if you no longer wish to continue.

Is there a trial session before joining?

Yes. New players may be invited to attend a trial session before being offered a place in the Academy.
