At Next Level Rugby we deliver bespoke Online Coach mentoring which is tailored to your specific development needs.

 

These online sessions provide insight into your current coaching practices, allowing you a strong focus on progressing key areas, and ultimately, lead to you becoming a better Coach! 

If you are a Coach who wants to develop better coaching skills & practices, we will match you with an Advanced Mentor who specialises in that area, making our Coach Mentoring a great option for personal development!

We will reply to let you know if we can match you with a Mentor who specialises in that area.

Select and pay for your online Coach Mentoring product.

Once payment is made, the Mentor will contact you and agree day/time for your initial online meeting.

The process…….

 

Initial online meeting – Mentor & Coach (1hr)

  • Sets out the process

  • Talks through the Coaches Individual Development Plan (IDP)

  • Confirms next steps

Further online meeting(s) if required (1hr)

  • Yes/no

  • If yes, these can be purchased via the website
